How our new booking system works

3 Ways to Book

  1. You can book online 24/7 by clicking on the "Book" tab below. You will need to create a new account or sign in if you have previously created one, BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE WICHITA AIRPORT SHUTTLE OPTION.

  2. You can now download our parent company's (Tornado Transit) FREE passengers app in both The App Store and Google Play . You will need to create a new account or sign in if you have previously created one.  BE SURE TO CHOOSE A WICHITA AIRPORT SHUTTLE OPTION.

  3. You can also  book by calling 316.665.1990 (8AM - 7PM CST). If calling after hours, please leave a detailed message.

 For your convenience, the system adds a 20% driver gratuity to your reservation so you don’t have to carry cash. If you prefer to tip in cash, please let us know and we will be glad to make the adjustment. 


Reservation Confirmation

Once your ride has been booked, you will receive a reservation  confirmation by email or text message.


Driver Notifications

You will receive the following notifications, by SMS text messages, from 316.650.5080.

  1. Once a driver has been assigned for your trip, you will be notified of his/her name, phone number and a description of the vehicle.
  2. You will be notified when the driver is en route to your pickup location
  3. You will be notified when your driver has arrived at your pickup location.

Payment

  • The credit card used to book your ride will be charged upon completion of your ride. 
  • We no longer  accept prepayment for services.
  • You will automatically receive a receipt for your payment by email or text message.
